iMethods is seeking a full time Clinical ITProject Manager for a large healthcare client in the Jacksonville Market. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Jacksonville, FL.
Overview: The qualified Project Manager must have previous experience working in a hospital setting supporting clinical IT projects and experienced in the infrastructure space.
Position responsibilities:
Develop projects plans including deliverables and due dates
Facilitate and prioritize feature requests
Assist support team with root cause analysis
Expert knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Microsoft Office Pro suite, and other project management tools.
Experienced working in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
Successful track record of managing business process improvement and systems integration initiatives with on-time, within budget delivery using proven project management practices and structured methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business/technical problems and select, design, or implement information technology solutions in accordance with business needs.
Demonstrated ability to conduct research and recommend changes in an existing, changing, or emerging environment.
Demonstrated competence in managing the work of vendors and/or subcontractors, vendor negotiations and contract development.
Demonstrated exceptional communications, interpersonal, leadership, and management skills in delivery of client services
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
Build teams utilizing skills in leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and troubleshooting to ensure projects complete on-time and within budget.
Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with keen attention to detail.
Able to conduct self-directed research into application integration issues and products.
Ability to work in a team environment yet is self-directed, proactive, and action-oriented.
