Dean Medley is responsible for day-to-day operations of iMethods including human resources, recruiting operations, and professional development. He has a wonderful passion for helping the iMethods family develop their skills and knowledge of themselves and the industry.
Dean is a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where he leverages team members’ strengths. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida.
Dean Medley is the boss in his house and his wife and two daughters are the decision makers which basically means he has no authority. He feels sorry for people who don’t have dogs and he enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with his family.
