iMethods Ranked Best in KLAS in HIT Staffing

January 31, 2020

iMethods has received the prestigious 2020 Best in KLAS award for HIT Staffing, recognizing it as the leading national provider of staffing services in healthcare. As noted in the 2020 Best in KLAS: Software & Services report, iMethods earned an overall score of 98, higher than the segment average of 91.9 in this category.

In addition, iMethods performed well in the HIT Implementation (small) category, ranking fourth in the report for providers of these services.

Since 2004, iMethods has grown its business – and its reputation – by delivering great results and building meaningful relationships with its clients, consultants and candidates. Our broad consultant network consists of experts in virtually every major healthcare IT platform. And, our unique quality model and commitment to putting the right people in the right roles sets us apart in what is otherwise a transactional business.

According to one of the CIOs surveyed by KLAS (in August 2019), “iMethods’ strength is providing the right people with the right role. I started working with iMethods a while back, and I thought they were going to be like any other firm in their vertical. I was prepared for iMethods to ask how many roles we have and tell me they have the best resources for me, but they did not ask that question at all. iMethods just wanted to get to know team members, other leaders, and me and to learn what our environment was like. iMethods really values the consultants they send us. iMethods does not want to put those consultants in a place where they cannot be successful in their careers and certainly doesn’t want to send anyone that won’t help us to be successful. The only way that iMethods can find out how successful a certain consultant will be is by learning about our environment. iMethods desires to understand the work environment where they are sending people, and that sets iMethods apart from everybody else I have worked with.”

KLAS utilizes two methods to collect data. Initially, KLAS conducts a series of quantitative evaluations that are completed by healthcare provider organizations. Then, KLAS performs in-depth, confidential interviews with those providers to gain valuable insight into specific strengths, weaknesses and future expectations for each product or service being evaluated. KLAS partners with healthcare professionals to foster an atmosphere of transparency surrounding the state of healthcare and highlight the services and solutions that are having an impact.

“We are humbled to receive this important recognition from our customers and KLAS Research,” stated Clint Drawdy, Chief Executive Officer. “Since we founded iMethods, delivering an exceptional customer experience has always been our top priority and we are proud that our customers recognize how we incorporate our core values into everything we do.

“Our team strives to exceed customer expectations and ensure alignment between customer needs and the resources we provide to meet those needs. We take the time to get to know our clients, truly understand their pain points and work diligently to help them achieve their HIT goals.”

Chad Perce, Founding Partner, added, “Our customers are more than just consumers of technology resources, they are our partners in driving better performance of healthcare technology for the benefit of providers and patients. We look forward to continuing to work with them to help them navigate a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.”

iMethods will be onsite at the upcoming HIMSS2020 conference (in meeting place MP#82) from March 9 – 13, 2020, in Orlando. To schedule a meeting with a member of our team, contact us at Meet iMethods at HIMSS.
