iMethods is currently seeking a Salesforce Project Manager for a healthcare client in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time position and will require candidates live in OR relocate to the Jacksonville area.
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple salesforce projects and initiatives that enhance salesforce implementation
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Interact with third party vendors and developers where appropriate
Ensures deliverables meet contractual obligations and requirements in general
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Act as a leader to the scrum team
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and demos
Protect scrum team and maintain focus on backlog and sprint timeline
Improve transparency within the team and broader organization
Track and remove team's impediments
Identify the true source of obstacles and demonstrate skill overcoming difficult obstacles impacting the team
Anticipate and prevent potential obstacles before they occur
Guide the team and broader organization on how to use Agile principles and values
Partner and coach Product Owner and Business Owner to maintain visible, detailed and prioritized backlog
Communicate clearly within scrum teams
Coordinate team's participations in the operating model including quarterly release planning and scrum of scrums
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of Salesforce to ensure strong cross-group collaboration
Effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating model and build trust with key stakeholders
Track & assess team's performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Establish best practices in agile implementation that align with the pace and reality of our business
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
3+ years managing IT projects using Agile methodology and Approaches
2+ years of familiarity with Sales and Marketing processes at a Health care Provider; Health care provider Industry experience – desirable
Experience building and working within a Project Management Office (PMO)
Experience managing sub-contractors
Experience in managing Salesforce implementation and development
